Effective 4 September 2026. This notice explains how Websense handles information received through this website.

Enquiry details, account details, project descriptions, uploaded briefs and the content of messages you send.
IP address, browser information, referrer, page path and campaign parameters used for security and measurement.
[ Services and purpose ]
How information is used.
To save, review and respond to project enquiries and send a submission confirmation.
Email login, Google and Facebook may be used as authentication providers. Those providers process information under their own notices.
Optional briefs are stored privately for reviewing the enquiry and are not published.
First-party event records and Google Analytics, when configured and consented to, help measure visits and enquiry paths.
Technical logs help prevent abuse, investigate errors and protect accounts and administrative access.
Information is processed to respond to your request, provide requested services, protect legitimate interests and meet legal obligations.
[ Retention and transfers ]
How long information is kept.
Enquiry records and attached files are reviewed for deletion after 24 months unless a longer period is required for a dispute or legal obligation.
Project, invoice and service records may be retained for up to 10 years where required for business, tax or legal purposes.
Routine technical and login logs are retained for up to 12 months unless needed to investigate abuse.
Hosting, analytics and authentication providers may process information outside Lebanon. Appropriate provider terms and safeguards apply.
[ Cookies and control ]
Your choices and rights.
A session cookie is used only when you sign in or begin an authentication flow. Anonymous browsing does not require a PHP session cookie.
The website preference panel records whether optional analytics is accepted or declined on that browser.
You may ask for a copy of relevant personal information or request a correction.
Email karim.note236@gmail.com from the account address to request deletion. Identity may need to be verified before action is taken.
